Exactly ten years after taking her first World titles in the Antwerp Sportpaleis, Simone Biles’s (USA) return was a twofold homecoming. Not only was the 26-year-old returning to the place it all began for her, but the event also marked her return to world-level Gymnastics, a summit that even six months prior to the event she doubted she would ever again attempt to reach.
