Pre-heat oven at 180ºC2. Whip 6 egg whites. Let it rest.3. Cream butter in a different bowl.4. Add sugar and milk to it. Combine.5. Add egg yolks combining it very well.6. ADD FLOUR and combine it without over mixing.7. Fold the whipped egg whites into the mixture.-------------------------------------------BUTTERCREAM-------------------------------------------INSTRUCTIONS:1. Beat 115g of room temperature butter until light and creamy2. Gradually add 225 of icing sugar and carefully combine with butter3. Add 3 to 4 medium spoons of milk until you reach a desired consistency4.
