2020 E-Conference - Finding Solutions for a Respectful Culture and Safe Training Environment

The International Gymnastics Federation (FIG) has held a video-conference to provide a forum for discussion on the very important topic of ensuring a positive culture and safe training environment for all participants in the sport. Two sessions, both with the same programme, were organised on 26 and 27 October 2020.

The following video is the recording of the second session held on 27 October, with an additional presentation that was made only during the first session on 26 October.
The purpose of this e-conference was to give the floor to athletes, coaches, sports administrators, other leading sports figures and several national federations who responded to the FIG’s invitation to share their ideas and proposals.

The FIG would like to make clear that the views, opinions and proposals in this videoconference are not necessarily endorsed by the FIG.
