Our tour to Australia concluded with a narrow defeat to the French side via a late penalty.

Gareth Taylor’s side had the better of the chances but couldn’t find a way past PSG’s inspired goalkeeper Katarzyna Kiedrzynek.

The Poland international made a string of fantastic saves to deny Jess Park, Lauren Hemp, Laura Blindkilde Brown and Bunny Shaw.

And there was a sting in the tale with PSG awarded an 88th minute penalty that was successfully converted by Jennifer Echegini.

City will now return to Manchester as we continue our preparations for the new Women’s Super League campaign.
