Join The Circle's first ever 'Girls Global Dance Hour’ - a virtual global dance party to celebrate #InternationalDayoftheGirl2020, Sunday 11th October at 5pm BST on Zoom #WeDanceForGirls.

The Girls Global Dance Hour was formed by young global feminists in UK and Uganda who have come together to mark a moment and stand in solidarity with girls around the world who have been disproportionality affected by Covid- 19.

In some of the world’s poorest places girls have been out of school for prolonged periods of time with no access to home schooling. In places, like Uganda, school is not just a place to for girls to learn and claim their basic right to an education, it also protects them from the risk of forced marriage and child labour.

This fund supports projects like Irise in Uganda, who are providing emergency, and ‘Back to School’ support for girls and their families.
