May I invite you to join me live, Thursday evening, November 30, at 8pm CST? I want to share my burden for the peculiar kind of racial situation we are in, especially as it relates to African Americans and the evangelical church.
We are living in difficult days, where our racial brokenness is being exposed at deeper and deeper levels, almost daily it seems. My aim in twenty minutes is to express my hope for Christian racial harmony in the face of many African Americans loosening their ties with “white evangelicalism.”
Because of the sadness of these days and the sensitivity of these issues, I thought it might be helpful to address you live. I hope you will join us at 8pm CST for my hopeful interpretation of the setbacks and sorrows of this moment.
