ABOUT THE SONG

This american folk favorite has been covered by legendary artist such as Johhny Cash, Emmy Lou Harris, Jack White, Alison Krauss, and more recently, Ed Sheeran. It is a stunning portrayal of life's journey through hardship and loneliness and the comfort that lies "Over Jordan."
I also love game of thrones, and have had this secret wish of being on that show as some African Drone Lord or something. Well i can dream can't I? :)

Wayfaring stranger struck a chord with me the first time I heard it a few years ago as a member of the Mormon Tabernacle choir. I was going through a really tough time. I found great comfort in this song at the time. It let me know that even though dark occasionally block the sunlight, the sun never fades away. But the clouds do. Clouds to me are like hardships. They always fade away. If you are hurting. Wait awhile. They are always temporary. You'll see.

THE LOCATION

Lake Powell is one of my favorite summer destinations, and for the longest time, I have wanted to shoot a video there. We shot part of the video on top of tower butte mountain, supposedly the same place where Tom cruise shot his famous mountain climbing scene in "Mission Impossible 2". Now it's off my bucket list. Enjoy!
